Eliza, is a seasoned operations professional in the hospitality industry in director level management for the independent bar, restaurant and nightclub markets and 5 star hotels; and along with her consulting experience and management accreditations, she has achieved a 26 year long career that has taken her from Australia to Europe and the Middle East.
She has a highly successful track record of pre-opening and launching multiple operations, managing profitable hospitality venues, as well as repairing and restructuring struggling establishments. Eliza is a dynamic brand specialist with in-depth marketing expertise who can create or streamline every facet of your Hospitality business. 

Having also completed several accreditations and diplomas in the hospitality and F&B fields, Eliza brings multiple areas of expertise to her role as Director and Founder of EG and she operates a vast and diverse team of cherry picked professionals to cater for every element of your Hospitality requirements. And if you need a true constructive critic, she’s it.

LENARIYA SHAYMuraTOVA

Lenariya is a dedicated HR professional with a diverse background in hospitality management. Her career in the UAE started off with FOH roles in hotels and standalone establishments which she then smoothly transitioned into HR roles back in 2016.

She then led the HR Department for the Billionaire brand for 6 years, managing international HR operations and facilitating new venue openings for the Group, until joining For Example Hospitality which she had worked with as a Client during her tenure.

She has a strong eye on spotting top talents and excels in aligning their expertise with the Company’s needs, ensuring a strategic and effective recruitment process.

With a robust background spanning over 15 years in the hospitality industry, Lenariya possesses a comprehensive understanding of its complexities. She approaches recruitment with a calm and profound insight into the company's unique demands, ensuring a tailored and effective selection process.


Donia sekrane

F+B Development and Talent

A highly talented and versatile professional with a powerful background in the tourism industry, Donia is our French ace.

With a Business Management and International Tourism degree, Donia has spent the past 17 years honing her skills and experiences in Hospitality management, to which she brings natural expertise, creativity, and professionalism. She began her journey by showcasing Chef de France, where she excelled in French Gastronomic Premium Service and developed a passion for travel and high-end delivery. She has since worked internationally in management and operations roles for glamourous and prestigious airlines, five star hotels, clubs, and global restaurants brands, in the hotspots of St Tropez, Miami, Monaco, London, and Dubai.

Donia's multilingual skills and international experience make her a valuable asset in global operations, strategic planning, and connectivity. She has a successful track record in pre-opening and launching operations, and understanding brands in an indepth manner to bring them to life in new regions.


Vanessa LyNN Cuppen

Vanessa is our Canadian based Hospitality Operator and Enthusiast with 15 years of F+B experience hailing from Italy, the UAE and her native Canada.  Having spent three years in the UAE, developing five venues from pre-opening to award winning operations, she has a thorough understanding of the diverse talent and staffing requirements needed to bring your GCC concepts to life by sourcing the best matched personalities and sales-focused skillsets with unrelenting professionalism.

Vanessa is our resident motivator, has a valuable knack with people, is an enthusiastic trainer, and has been nominated for her own Hotelier Middle East award. Normally based in Toronto, she handles EG’s Canadian Operational Projects and Pre-openings, along with recruitment for Europe, Canada and the GCC, all with a firecracker smile. 


LEAH ABELLA

Leah is an engaging communicator with a passion for concept creation and developing creative marketing and social media strategies. With a background in events and hospitality,  she has worked on several restaurant and hotel launches in the region. Leah is skilled in the areas of business development and project management, seeing projects through from conceptualisation through to implementation, managing multi-disciplinary teams and projects with acute attention to detail.

Coming from a family business in hospitality, based in the UK, Leah has a long standing passion for great food and beverage and has a detailed understanding of what it takes to start, grow and operate successful F&B venues, from developing valuable teams through to creating effective marketing and social media strategies….and your launch event.
